Jürgen Held

Jürgen Held advises on all issues of trademark, design and competition law as well as in media law. His activities focus on the development and support of intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, patents, know-how, etc.), the registration and monitoring of trademark and design rights as well as the prosecution of intellectual property rights violations. He accompanies the legal aspects of advertising/communication campaigns and advises on media projects as well as in the field of merchandising and sponsorship. He also supports companies in the exploitation and valuation of intellectual property (licensing, sales, etc.).

His expertise includes out-of-court representation in the negotiation and drafting of contracts (license, project, cooperation and development contracts as well as GTC), as well as litigation representation in legal disputes and registering proceedings.

His clients include technology and media companies, but also innovative medium-sized companies, such as mechanical engineers, automotive suppliers and trading companies from the clothing, sports, food sectors. He also supervises agencies, publishers, museums, designers, media and artists as well as a traditional club of the Bundesliga, whose fan he is.
