Biography
Anna Danek advises on all legal issues in the areas of commercial and corporate law t as well as employment law. In addition to the establishment and transformation of companies and the advice of corporate bodies, Ms. Danek assists clients in the acquisition or sale of companies or shares. In addition, Ms. Danek advises our clients on employment law issues and represents our clients nationwide before the labour and civil courts.
During her legal traineeship, Anna Danek, among other things, completed positions at a renowned law firm in Heidelberg in the field of commercial and corporate law. Before joining Vogel & Partner in Karlsruhe in July 2023, Anna Danek also worked in a medium-sized Karlsruhe law firm in the Commercial and Corporate Law Team.
